Eligibility Criteria

B.Pharma, D.Pharma or M.Pharma students (Passed out in 2024, currently in the final year, 3rd year (B.Pharma) or 2nd year (D.Pharma)

Evaluation Criteria

During this THREE round competition, we will primarily check your ability to drive the brand adoption as a BRAND AMBASSADOR.

Can you influence larger audience through online mediums?
Can you be effective offline and ensure product adoption in your town/city?
Are you a leader, who can drive adoption in her/his academic community?
Can you creatively position the brand and yourself in one frame and come up with promotion ideas to make the product talk of the town?

Who is eligible to participate in the event?

Any person who is studying or studied the discipline of pharmacy. The person can still be studying and expected to complete his/her degree or diploma in 2025 or 2026 or completed his/her degree or diploma in 2024.

Will everyone get Rs. 1 Lakh Cash Prize?

Will everyone get Rs. 1 Lakh Cash Prize? Maximum of 1 male and 1 female participant may win the cash prize of Rs. 1 Lakh.

Who will be selected for the job?

▾

Up to top 200 participants may be selected for the job irrespective of which round they clear i.e. it is not mandatory to clear all 3 rounds but to perform in the best possible way in each round.

Will the event be offline or online?

▾

Participants are not supposed to travel out of their current city though they may have to go out in their current city. All the instructions will be sent digitally, thought subsequent steps will depend on how participants decides to complete the given task.

CareEco is a technology company which is focused on creating a more efficient and integrated healthcare ecosystem. It is on mission to handover the power of technology and data to every stakeholder so that they can get benefitted of it and be relevant in the technology driven world.

Is it wfh or offline job?

▾

We are looking to hire up to 200 individuals who will be posted in various cities. The probability of someone getting placed in the nearby city is very high. However it is NOT a WFH opportunity. It requires the person to go out at times.

Is there any bond needed to be signed?

No, there is no bond to be signed.

Is it only a marketing job?

▾

As the designation suggests we are looking for people who can make our brands well known in the market. So, it definitely involves promoting and pushing the brand and its adoption.
